Wink Capsule Hostel Booking Policy
At Wink, we strive to offer options that fit your travel plans. Below are the details of our booking and cancellation policies to ensure clarity and flexibility for all our guests.
1. Direct Bookings
Definition: Reservations made directly through winkhostel.com, wink.sg or wink.cloudbeds.com.

Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.

Cancellations and Date Changes: All requests must be submitted via email and acknowledged by us.

Group Bookings: Refer to the terms and conditions provided in your quotation or invoice.
Standard Rate:

Cancellation more than 5 days before check-in: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee.

Cancellation 5 days or less before check-in: Eligible for a Credit Voucher.

Cancellation less than 24 hours before check-in: Full charge applies.
Non-Refundable Rate:

Cancellation more than 5 days before check-in: Eligible for a Credit Voucher.

Cancellation 5 days or less before check-in: Full charge applies.
Credit Voucher Terms:

Redeemable once within 3 to 6 months from the date of issue, subjected to management approval.

New arrival dates are subject to availability.

Price differences: Guests may have to top up any increase; no refunds for decreases.

Once a new date is confirmed, no further amendments are allowed.
2. Indirect Bookings
Definition: Reservations made through third-party agents (e.g., Agoda, Airbnb, Booking.com, Trip.com, Expedia, Traveloka).

Policies: Subject to the respective agent's booking policies.

Cancellations and Date Changes: Not permitted through us; please consult your booking agent.
3. Payment Methods Accepted:

All major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

Bank Transfer/remittance (upon request)
4. Refund Processing Time:
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval. Please note, bank processing times may vary.
